Click on "My NaNoWriMo" → "Edit Novel Info"
Scroll down to find the "Upload Novel Cover" box. Click the "Browse" button, find your picture on your computer, and then click "Upload."
Photos must by 300x200 pixels or smaller at 72dpi, and must be under 50KB.
