Introducing Chris Angotti, Our New YWP Director!
Hey everyone,
It’s Tavia! For the past three years, I’ve had the pleasure of serving as your Young Writers Program Director. I’ve seen the YWP grow from thousands of participants to tens of thousands. I’ve witnessed the launch of two YWP websites, have penned three not-so-bad scripts, and written four fairly awful novels. Most importantly, I’ve spent endless hours hanging out watching all you creative writers grow into full-fledged novelists.
Though I will miss the days spent as the YWP Director, the time has come for me to move into the Operations Manager position here at OLL.
Here to fill my shoes as Young Writers Program Director is the talented Chris Angotti. Chris has spent last three years teaching middle and high school students in New York City before moving out to the Bay Area.
And we’re so happy he did!
