What is Camp NaNoWriMo: the Musical?

Every April and July, we run Camp NaNoWriMo, a writing event that's similar to NaNoWriMo in November, but different because you can work on any type of project, not just a novel. Learn more about Camp here

This July, we're also offering a special track for Camp. Introducing... Camp NaNoWriMo: The Musical! If you want to participate, you can learn about songwriting, dialogue, how to nail that “I Want” song, and even how to make the audience cry. Every. Single. Time.

Never written a musical before? Don’t know where to start? Your counselors Morgan Smith and Abigail Greenwood will guide you through the whole process with live streams, pep talks, challenges, writing prompts, and a whole lot of shenanigans.

If you want to get started, check out the resources below, watch our first webcast, say hello in the forums, and announce your Camp project on the Dashboard!
